Todd has experience preparing permit plans, meeting codes / regulations, and designing complete solar systems with the latest technologies. As an accomplished executive, he applies a hands-on leadership style to lead versatile engineering teams to process structural, civil, and electrical plans, successful completing over 399 solar projects across the United States.
